Torsten became active in private equity fundraising in 2000
with Trinity Group, a London-based placement firm, where
he was responsible for expanding and developing the European
placement business with leading institutional investors.
General Partners with whom he has worked include, Sanderling
Ventures, Lexington Capital Partners, Care Capital, MPM,
Chicago Growth Partners, HBM BioCapital and Swiss Re Capital
Partners.
Prior to joining Trinity Group, Torsten had successful careers
in operational management with the British Army and in the
offshore oil industry with Schlumberger. Torsten graduated
from King's College London with a Batchelor of Science honours
degree in Geology. He enjoys tennis, rowing and house restoration.
